“Stopped by here after leaving the gym because I wanted a good smoothie & they did not disappoint. I got the avocado pineapple detox smoothie & grabbed a jerk chicken rice bowl. I was amazed how good that smoothie was & how tender the jerk chicken was. Fell right off the bone! Got a chance to talk to the owner & she was very nice & knows her stuff! Definitely will be coming here more frequently, especially after the gym! If you’re in the area & want a good smoothie & good clean Caribbean dish definitely stop by! I will be trying more items in the near future!“
