“5 stars and then some- the food is absolutely delicious and this is one of the few places I feel safe eating on the island. I have a severe shellfish allergy- including having issues with cross contamination. Better is able to accommodate for my allergy and is always quick to answer any questions I have about which foods are safe for me, packs my meal separately from any shellfish, etc. I highly recommend trying them- you won’t be disappointed!!!”

“I have come here multiple times with my family when I visit and we like it. I come here with my Nana and Pop pop. They have a great Greek salad with chicken and their salad dressing is good too. The pizza is ok/good. And it is a pretty good atmosphere. The service is pretty ok/good too. I like coming here. I would recommend it to someone. And I would come back here for sure. “We spent the weekend in Chincoteague for our 65th anniversary. On Saturday we ate lunch and dinner at Bill's. My husband had oysters for lunch and flounder for dinner and was pleased with both selections. I had shrimp for lunch and the fried seafood platter for dinner. They shrimp for both meals were very small and did not have a lot of taste. The clam chowder that was included with my dinner was delicious. The rest of the seafood was average. For sides we had the Granny Smith apple cold slaw and red mashed potatoes with cheddar and hamhocks. Both were absolutely scrumptious. Our cocktails were great, as was the service! We made reservations for dinner. The restaurant filled up quickly but there seemed to be adequate staff. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. We would go back again.”

“The staff is amazing! The food is delicious. It has a cozy beach vibe. The bartenders bust their butts in the heat. Music is always great. Dog friendly, kid friendly,best place to watch the sunset. I forgot to mention best orange crushes on the island.”

“Last night we had the best surf & turf entree on the island. The filet was cooked to perfection and the lobster 🦞 tender and delicious. The meal was paired with roasted red skin potatoes and grilled asparagus. Their hot honey oyster 🦪 tapas are mouthwatering. Don’t miss out. We give Blackfin Island Grill & Tapas a 5 star recommendation ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I ordered the chili cheese dog....it was the best hot dog I've ever had! The roll was more like an artisan roll and didn't get soggy with all the toppings and the dog itself was large, plump and juicy. The side of tots was crispy and generously covered with toppings. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. 100% recommend them! I'm looking forward to trying the breakfast”

“Mister Whippy is amazing. The service is always top notch and the ice cream is always delicious. My sweet Oreo loved going to Mister Whippy’s and visiting his girlfriend Sam. When he was dying I took him in to say goodbye and the girls were crying with me. They are always amazing.”

“Went here for vacation and had to get soup for my boyfriend who was sick, he loved the chicken and rice soup but said the miso soup was a bit too fishy. I had vegetable fried rice and egg rolls which were both amazing. We used it as leftovers throughout the week and it was still amazing! They were pretty quick with the online order and it was super easy to go in and out. Will be eating here again!”

“Good food in the middle of the tourist area. Good breakfast. There is a breakfast buffet with a lot of selections. But I prefer to order off the menu. Full breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast, & coffee was $12 before tip on a Wed. Service was good. Not as fancy as Bill’s but a good low cost alternative. I eat breakfast there whenever I am in town and they are open (seasonal).”

“Amazing pizza and wings. This was my first time there and the wings are amazing. I had their Old Bay wings and I loved them. I also had a side of meatballs that were incredible. I am definitely going back.”
