“First time dining at AJ’s and hopefully not the last. Food was fresh and delicious. Caesar salad, oysters Rockefeller and scallops piccata were stellar. Our server, Zack, was friendly and attentive. One of the best dining experiences.”

“Our first time to Chincoteague and camping at Yogi. My husband was told we had to try Capt Zach’s well let’s just say we were not disappointed one bit. The freshest seafood I have had in along time. Our Waitress Valerie was very nice and attentive. If you go just know to go early. You will have a slight wait but you won’t be disappointed for sure. 10/10 will be back and it will be worth the 2 hr drive.”

“Looking to escape the crowds? This spot is a hidden gem. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, and one of our favorite touches was reading the collection of notes from past guests tucked under the clear table cover. The room was on the warmer side, but given the heat outside, it was still a welcome relief. We plan to return on our next visit to the island.”

“I really want to like this place more than I do. Was even tempted to rate at 3 stars, but the atmosphere is a lot of fun. Service is ok and food is alright (nothing special but my favorite item is the crab cake egg rolls). Decent crushes and plenty of flavor options. Be cautious of the seagulls if you’re sitting outside…they will absolutely snatch your food. They also typically have live music that can be hit or miss.”

“I came in after a long day for dinner for my family of 5. The crew that was working was very welcoming and polite. I'd recommend this location. Everything also looks so fresh.”

“Standard McDonald's,drive thru always buzy. Just don't understand why lobby is closed during each visit to this location. We enjoying stopping here grabbing food and relaxing before the park. It'd be helpful to be able to use restrooms especially since we have a handicapped person traveling with us during this trip. Food is adequate.”

“My daughter and I tried Slack Tide for the first time this past vacation and we were not disappointed! “5 stars and then some- the food is absolutely delicious and this is one of the few places I feel safe eating on the island. I have a severe shellfish allergy- including having issues with cross contamination. Better is able to accommodate for my allergy and is always quick to answer any questions I have about which foods are safe for me, packs my meal separately from any shellfish, etc. I highly recommend trying them- you won’t be disappointed!!!”

“My family and I grab takeout from Ocean Deli often and we’re always satisfied. Husband grabbed lunch for us today and there was an issue with my order. He called and let them know and they fixed the problem with an upgrade for the inconvenience. Great food with great customer service!”

“I have come here multiple times with my family when I visit and we like it. I come here with my Nana and Pop pop. They have a great Greek salad with chicken and their salad dressing is good too. The pizza is ok/good. And it is a pretty good atmosphere. The service is pretty ok/good too. I like coming here. I would recommend it to someone. And I would come back here for sure. “We have been to Ray's many times over the years & it has always been a nice experience. Tonight was the WORST service we have ever had. On top of that, the stuffed shrimp was overcooked & only 4 shrimp for $35. For the amount of $ spent, it was highly disappointing all-around.”

“We’ve been here for a few days and I have been dying for Italian food. We came here on a whim and we were not disappointed. The service was impeccable. Blake was on top of his game and the nicest server we’ve had on the island so far. The food Was out of this world. We are from the New York area and particular about Italian food, the linguine with shrimp special was amazing. The polenta meatballs out of this world., the Caesar salad was absolutely fantastic and probably the best Caesar dressing I have ever had!!! And then to top it off that orange/mandarin cake with olive oil was mind blowing. This place turned it up to 11!!! Best meal we have had yet!!!”
