“While enjoying delicious ice cream at the creamery an older couple seated next to us spilled their milkshake. The extreme kindness of the staff in helping them to clean up the table and get hands washed etc. was so nice to see. This type of customer service and true kindness is not as common as it could be, so it was so lovely to witness. Kudos to the staff at the creamery. We will be back!”

“My husband and I had lunch one day and dinner a couple days later. The food is divinely delicious!! The coconut shrimp starter, the cream of crab soup, and the Flounder sandwich at lunch and the Rockfish dinner and the NY Strip dinner were all so flavorful. From the atmosphere and wonderful personnel to the absolutely awesome food, I definitely recommend AJ's on the Creek as a MUST go to place on Chincoteague!!!”

“Usually we have breakfast there , but Saturday night we had dinner there . Everything was EXCELLENT. The scrapple is excellent. Scrapple is not for everyone but this is VERY GOOD in my opinion”

“Best ever as always. Our waitress Tammy was amazing made me a drink she’s never heard of apple cider a splash of ginger-ale and fireball! The best! Been coming to the island for 39 years and , Capt Zack’s since you opened the fries were always our favorites now not so much. Dont listen to those nasty reviews and bring back your fries. Even our kids loved them. They were the best!”

“Food was ok, servings were very small and food was not as fresh and tasty in comparison with other restaurants in the area. Very expensive for the serving and compare to other restaurants. The "Piña Colada" in their menu is not a real Piña Colada", they should advertised it as 'Slushie Piña Colada" it is what it is, and artificial flavor of Piña Colada, no real pineapple either cream of coconut. The risotto rice was not fresh either.
Host and waitress service was very good and accessibility ♿️ is great. However the ♿️ parking should be in the front not in the far side. The cars park in the front obstruct the handicap entrance to the sidewalk.”

“Standard McDonald's,drive thru always buzy. Just don't understand why lobby is closed during each visit to this location. We enjoying stopping here grabbing food and relaxing before the park. It'd be helpful to be able to use restrooms especially since we have a handicapped person traveling with us during this trip. Food is adequate.”

“I ordered the chili cheese dog....it was the best hot dog I've ever had! The roll was more like an artisan roll and didn't get soggy with all the toppings and the dog itself was large, plump and juicy. The side of tots was crispy and generously covered with toppings. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. 100% recommend them! I'm looking forward to trying the breakfast”

“We ate downstairs at Don's and really enjoyed the food. The decor is nice, old fisherman stuff and oyster packing cans, nets and decoys. Pretty and comfortable”

“We spent the weekend in Chincoteague for our 65th anniversary. On Saturday we ate lunch and dinner at Bill's. My husband had oysters for lunch and flounder for dinner and was pleased with both selections. I had shrimp for lunch and the fried seafood platter for dinner. They shrimp for both meals were very small and did not have a lot of taste. The clam chowder that was included with my dinner was delicious. The rest of the seafood was average. For sides we had the Granny Smith apple cold slaw and red mashed potatoes with cheddar and hamhocks. Both were absolutely scrumptious. Our cocktails were great, as was the service! We made reservations for dinner. The restaurant filled up quickly but there seemed to be adequate staff. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. We would go back again.”

“Our family spent the day with our baseball team at the park and enjoyed some beverages at Keko's bar. The staff was very attentive and quick to serve us. I mistakenly left my card at the bar and Neilly over delivered by mailing my card back to me on her day off. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I highly recommend the drinks, atmosphere, and most definitely the people/staff at Keko's and Maui Jack's.”

“The Village is hands down the best restaurant on the Island (been coming for multiple vacations every summer for years) . The food and atmosphere can't be beat. The specials are always amazing in addition to a stellar selection on the menu and when you have a party of 8 ranging in age from 11-75+ and all 8 of us leave happy and can't wait to go back....something is to be said for that. 5 stars and beyond! Go check it out! Best to have reservations during the season”

“I've never eaten at a better Chinese restaurant in my life!!! The food was fresh and you could tell the oil they used to deep fry my battered chicken chunks in was sooo fresh! Not old and stale, like most other restaurants. The staff was super friendly, even though it was close to closing time and the tables were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Asian Express in Chincoteague Island va.”

“We’ve been here two days now and ate at Drift twice. Superb sandwiches and great selection of wine and snacks. I had the roasted chicken sandwich on excellent gluten free bread (twice). My husband had the Rachel, while eating it, he said “wow!” 6 times. He really, really loved it! We both loved it and will return several more times while we are visiting. So happy to have a cafe offer good gluten free and high quality ingredients for sandwiches.”
