“Even though we did not get the news we wanted to hear, the staff was exceptional. Dr. Cleversley and Maddie made our appt as easy as possible. Everyone from start to finish was great. We drove 4 hours for our appt and it was so worth it. Thank you all!!“

“Some decent coffee with a wide selection of options. The drinks are a bit overpriced (about the same or less than Starbucks) and some decent baked goods. But it's the atmosphere that is 5-stars here. The central area is fun and lively with a great 90's/early 2000's rock playlist, the great and funny staff serving coffee and are willing to help in any way, and the side room is quiet and a great place to study or have a meeting with a professor. Also, the bathrooms are definitely the best on campus. Seriously.“

“Amazing, it deserves to be in the top 10 of the best dining halls in the like 60 Universities in Virginia. Virginia Tech is still number 1 though.

Kid-friendliness: They are friendly to everyone, don't do anything bad though, everyone is still human, they can't be 100% perfectly friendly.
