I had to repeat myself 3 times and they still got my order wrong! I ordered a pretzel, no chrese sauce, they charged me for the sauce and it was open and old! I tried to get their attention at the drive through windows for 5 min, when someone came and goes eww and that was it. They went back in and didn't bring another sauce, not that I wanted it after that! Bad service!!!
Little run down good food but took a bit long for just a hot dog
Staff and food was excellent. Food was delivered fast, considering we had a complicated order. Would definitely visit again.

The shake menu is popular and highly recommended, along with a drink menu offering many choices. The environment has improved over the past six months, creating a better atmosphere. On a recent visit, a staff member named Rachel provided excellent service, making the experience enjoyable despite being close to closing time. However, there have been times when service was slower, such as waiting about ten minutes for a Sprite when only that was ordered. Overall, Sonic Drive-In remains a friendly place with helpful staff and a pleasant atmosphere, even if some menu items are occasionally unavailable.
