“I just started working near by and heard that ZBurger had delicious food. I decided to try it during my lunch break and was not disappointed. The staff greeted me immediately and was very friendly. I ended up ordering a cheesburger all the way with seasoned fries and it definitely was one of the best burgers I've had in a loooong time. Their fry sauce is also on point. “This was my first time eating at Red Robin, and I had never had the chance to consider going before, but the experience was worth it. I ordered the Banzai Burger and added the bottomless sides that came with the burger purchase. The Parmesan Caesar Salad was delicious and my favorite side, although by the end, the ranch dressing had become a bit overpowering and tasted slightly salty during my last serving, it didn’t matter much at the end. Overall, I found the meal to be flavorful and relatively reasonable in price if ordered correctly, especially when you add the bottomless sides since it offers a great value paired with my order. The sides were generally very filling, depending on how much you requested. Additionally, our waiter was kind and attentive throughout our meal. This restaurant truly provides a quality sit-down dining experience, and I look forward to returning for more in the future.“

“Absolutely delicious! We tried the Chicken Crispy Bae Burger, and it was honestly one of the best halal burgers we’ve ever had! Perfectly crispy, juicy chicken with just the right amount of spice and flavor. The bun was soft, sauces were on point, and everything tasted super fresh. 🍔🔥

“We had dinner last night,we were 7 people I would say that the food was so delicious. The location is great , Great hospitality and service by the staff. The owner Mr Daniyal Sidique is very nice and welcoming. seating area was comfortable and very clean. I would recommend the place“

“My friend recommended this place as the best donkatsu in the area. I went there for the first time and there were two donkatsu options. Regular and King tonkatsu. The cashier explained the difference and people have preference. I went with King tonkatsu. I agree that it’s definitely one of the better options in the area.

The bread crums are thin, super crispy, and well fried. The meat was pounded and tenderized consistently across the entire piece. The portion was huge to feed two people. The sauce for salad and donkatsu were rich.

My family also ordered yukgaejang. The soup was well prepared with pepper oil and tasted very authentic. Meat and vegetables in the soup were at good quality.

Overall, I really enjoyed my lunch here. My kids loved it too. I would definitely come back here to try other menus.“

“First time guest Oct 28, 2025 lunch time. Great service. Food was so good. I had the Mason pulled pork sandwich with fries. The sandwich was huge. I had to eat a lot of the pork with my fork first to get the sandwich to a reasonable size to bite 😂 the sandwich had slaw, pickles and an onion ring. It was really delicious!! The fries were crispy and not greasy. I’m a fry lover I approved 😜 I really love the atmosphere, decor, design and seating options. Absolutely going back soon!“

I was asked to revisit, and I did over the weekend. This time I went in for a late lunch around 1:40. It was less crowded, and there wasn’t a long line of frustrated customers waiting for food. My order came out much faster and tasted much better than before. It seems the new manager has really improved the process — fewer people in the kitchen and more helping out front, which made a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back. Hopefully next time the tables will be cleaner — that part still needs some attention.

I decided to give this Fairfax City location a second try before writing a review, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve. Both visits were during Saturday lunch hours — the first time was packed, the second much quieter. Despite fewer customers, my order still took quite a while the first time (over 45 minutes) and came out much faster the second (about 25 minutes), though the quality didn’t quite match.

The food itself tastes good, but consistency seems to be an issue. My first visit had burnt buns; the second, a burnt patty. Not sure which is better at this point. For a burger place, the wait time feels unusually long.

I also noticed several customers looking frustrated or leaving while waiting, and tables weren’t cleaned during my second visit — I ended up wiping one down myself. Despite having plenty of staff, the operation felt disorganized.

I might try a different location, but probably not this one again.“

She was a joy to speak with and always had a smile on her face. Also Mike the manager, asked us if our food was good.
