Just went into the KFC in colonial heights and stood in the lobby in line for over 15 minutes with 2 people in line behind me and could not get one single person to come over and take my order. I tried to get their attention and got flat out ignored.
is there a secret password to get service at this location?

I keep saying I'll never go here again and I forget after a year and go again only to find it is STILL HORRIBLE. Then I say I'll never go again. The problem is WHATEVER you order, they don't have it ready or they don't have it at all. I had to pick THREE times before there was something they had. This is the issue EVERY time I go, which is only once a year. This KFC is so bad, it should be torn down. Please send all your employees to the KFC across from Chesterfield Meadows.
