Based on the reviews, Bad As Philly is a good spot in Colonial Heights, right off the 301. The food is absolutely delicious and very hot. The egg roll is a #1 choice, with a crispy outside and savory inside. The Philly cheese with fries is enjoyed for 2 days and worth it. The 420 munchies sub is recommended. The bread is buttery, and the temperature and cheese are perfection. The portion is big enough for two meals on the 8inch. Even the wings are good, so do not sleep on them. The customer service is great, and the restaurant is clean. The area inside is more like a wait area, not really a place to dine, but that is common for small businesses. It is the absolute best Philly cheesesteak ever.
