She got upset when I asked about the muffin I wanted .she caught an attitude and started to slam things around when I asked for a different one with sugar on top. Then she grabbed it angrily then put all my stuff in a bag an almost tossed the bag at me. JESUS.. it wasn't that serious. If you don't like tou like your job just quit

Lol ? it's a lady that buys all the soufflés and if you get there after her.......hope you like four cheese because that's all that will be left. Otherwise this place is pretty good.

This place looks unclean, and i witnessed an employee cough/sneeze into their shirt while holding a tray of food that just came out of the oven. We left without buying anything.

Nice ambiance with the fireplace going. Even made it okay for the homeless guy getting a couple z's in the corner. I was wanting a fresh smoothie after a major workout at my local gym. I'd settled for their Greek yogurt & mango smoothie. Was a bit pricey for $7 and not using fresh frozen mangos but a puree. Nothing to write home about but I guess it's the same everywhere. Maybe best to stick to bread and soups next time.

Everytime I go to this location I have an issue. I went there this morning and I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel. There was nothing on top of it. The manager said there oven was broke so they had to bake then at another location. I don't know what that had to do with the way they looked. She offered to give me my money back but that wasn't going to fix my problem. I was in in there a couple days earlier and it took them 20 minutes to get me 1 bagel. The time before that the young lady couldn't find my sip club and she just gave me my bagels that wasn't sliced or toasted the way I ordered them. I love panera but not this location. The service here is horrible I will never return here again.

It's the wife's favorite to go to !!Review Update 01-24-24: as always it's my wife's favorite and go-to restaurant. But I must say they're pretty awesome and got me in love with their turkey chili which should always be in season and available! And their cinnamon crunch bagel well all ima say is goodness crunchy craziness wow ???Ima put ya'll on game, take their cinnamon crunch bagels cut in half and warm it up 15 secs will do the trick, then spread Smucker's Goober Grape Peanut Butter and Jelly Spread on both halves and then top with crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal. I promise it's the best bite you'll ever bite into!
I really enjoy broccoli and cheese soup in a bread bowl. As of lately, they don't have bread bowls. I've come to this location multiple times now and no bread bowl. I am starting to think that they won't bring it back. Please if you're just coming for the bread bowl,, turn around. Nothing else here is good.

We arrived towards the end of the evening due to horrible traffic on I-95 out of DC.Friendly quick service & a devious hot soup + sandwich were outstanding . Will definitely stop at this location when we can.
