I had a great experience at Panera Bread! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, the food was great, and the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!
Hopelessly overpriced...I mean: HOPELESSLY
Update 09/25/26 02:15pm: ridiculous wait times in drive through because they let people wait at window instead of bringing stuff out... After going inside being COMPLETELY ignored by different staff at counter

The manager helped us out a few weeks ago when my mom and I were travelling from NC to DC. I was tired and messed up the order on the kiosk. It was completely on me but when the manager heard what happened she still corrected our order immediately and gave us no grief. The whole team was super sweet and helpful and it was such a appreciated gesture in the middle of a long drive.
