“1:57pm DES was amazing very friendly very welcoming and very fast at getting the job done and very honest about how fresh her cookies were that were on display I am amazed I’ve been wanting subway for weeks now I visited 2 subways in Petersburg before coming here and they were horrible and very unwelcoming but DES changed my opinion on that coming to this location DES u did great Girl Thank you I hope management sees this ASAP !“

“Placed a mobile order that wasn’t able to be picked up due to a staff member on break. Came back a day later and the GM Nikki handled the situation professionally and diligently. She gave me a full refund and complimentary meal. Mike, an employee, delivered on a scrumptious sandwich to which I devoured half and gave the other half to a homeless man. 10/10 staff 10/10 sandwich“
