Placed a mobile order that wasn’t able to be picked up due to a staff member on break. Came back a day later and the GM Nikki handled the situation professionally and diligently. She gave me a full refund and complimentary meal. Mike, an employee, delivered on a scrumptious sandwich to which I devoured half and gave the other half to a homeless man. 10/10 staff 10/10 sandwich
