Ordered breakfast online and when I got there to pick up the order was informed that they did not have over half of the items I had ordered. She offered to substitute an oatmeal bar for French toast sticks. Seriously, if I wanted an oatmeal bar I can buy a whole box for what I had already paid. and when requested a refund they could not. Piss poor preparation. not to mention this is at 10am. the sign on the door says lobby is open at 9 and the doors are all locked.
Pulled up to get lunch, waited a few minutes at the drive thru. Was told “can’t take your order my screens frozen”. Instead of being professional and ask if I’d like to come inside and order they just ended the conversation. I guess we can’t expect much when the company just hires anyone.
