Ordered a #1 off the breakfast menu (the maple bacon chicken croissant). Waited 10 minutes for my food witch was okay because I knew I was getting fresh food. But when I pay for my food I expect it to be right. I didn’t get my maple bacon or the honey butter! Come on Wendy’s tighten up!
Severely understaffed, the drive thur has been closed at least 3 nights in the past month. Tonight there were only two people, i applaud them for being nice in such a bad situation. I feel other management from shift to regional managers should be helping, this location has so much potential.
Cashier was very polite got a full taco salad got home salad mostly brown, 6.99 down the drain
