“Visited this morning for the first time. It was a fantastic experience. The staff were helpful, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. We made three selections. Two were guided (I was looking for an aged Cheddar with crystals) and one impulse buy. All were excellent. This is not the cheese store for your average American cheese consumer, but the perfect place for those with more experienced palates. We will be back!“
