“I stopped in to try the birria, and as someone who grew up on authentic Mexican food, I’m pretty picky, but this really hit home. I haven’t had birria this good since moving up here. The service was warm and welcoming, and the owner/chef (?) even came out to chat with us about their birria con queso. Fast forward a week, and I was already back, ordering the birria con queso just like he described. Honestly the cheese really adds to it and elevated the dish. I wouldn't really judge the atmosphere since it's inside a grocery store. I highly recommend just for the great food and amazing people.“

“I think the concept is great but could use some improvement. The shawarma meat is a bit tough to eat in a taco so I think they should work on making the meat a bit softer otherwise the food was good. If I happen to eat here again and they improve on the meats tenderness I will edit this review to give a full 5/5 otherwise until then 4/5.“

“The BEST Mexican food truck in the area! It is super authentic and always fresh. The food is amazing but in particular they’re made to order tamales. You have to contact the owners wife and get a minimum of 12 either chicken, pork, or rajas but trust me it’s worth it!“

“So this was my first time eating here. We're coming from Newport News Va. With very few AUTHENTIC Hispanic resturaunts. We came to visit the Dc area and was looking for some fairly priced mexican/salvadorian food. On the way home chose this spot. I honestly don't know where the bad reviews on this page came from!!??? We have a family of 6 and got a GREAT amount of food and dessert. Such as papusas, sopes, quesadillas, tacos, and flan. Everything was exceptional! The lorrocco and cheese papusas and al pastor sopes was my personal favorite. The chorizo was bomb too!
Not only the food being good but the customer service was great as well! Will definitely be back when we get to this side again!!“

“Food is always on point. Never misses, even when placing orders to go. It stays hot, not soggy, and just as flavorful since I first ate here. Service is alright, but it’s a hole in the wall spot. Not looking for 5 star service lol top 3 taco spots in Woodbridge for me.“
