The food is the good the side portions are tiny. In effort to cut costs Bojangles has cut the size of their side dishes big time. It is not like a thimble size of side dish compared to what it used to be. Also the filet on the chicken sandwich has gotten much smaller. Looks like time to go to Popeyes or Chic Fil A. Screw Blowjangles.
I went into Bojangles today to pick up a tailgate box for a family picnic. I told them that I need plates and plasticware with napkins. The employees working at the front counter were great.
Everyone took excellent care of what I needed.
They all deserve a 5 star rating for service.
