Inconsistent.I've had both good and bad service, often not bad food too. But when it isn't even 9:30, and you can't get a frosty (they're supposed to close at 12, and it's NOT the first time I couldn't get a frosty). Sorry Wendy's. Sorry, me.
This place is super inconsistent. Half the time their doors are locked so you have to go through the drive through, like today. With one customer in front of me, I waited near 13 minutes to get my food. The food occasionally comes out limp and lifeless like it was yesterday's burger. There's usually one lady who looks like she's doing 90% of the work while everyone else kind of wonders around aimlessly. Most of the timeMain Street Wendy's is pretty good at getting the customized orders correct. Service is kinda slow though, hence the 3star.
