“So, this isn't your date night restaurant.....the interior isn't swanky....but the food completely makes up for it. All of their meats are roasted in house and are done in a home style fashion. Every item on their menu can be customized! Their fries are better than five guys and served in a big brown paper bag and is a meal in itself! If you need a quick bite to eat and have 20 minutes to spare it's a good stop for sure!Vegetarian options: You can make any sub or entree vegetarian. You can add and take items off easily.Wheelchair accessibility: Next to a 7 11. Has a ramp. No elevator needed. You could probably even carry someone from the parking lot to the store pretty easily if you were feeling crazy.“
“one of the nicest vegan places ive eaten at, staff is super friendly and kind, everything is vegan (including what the food gets fried in), super accommodating as well. i hope to see this business continue to grow, the quality of the food was great as well. i had the mac daddy burger and some chili cheese tots. i was a big fan of chili cheese anything before going vegan and this place and they did it perfectly. ive eaten here a couple of times and theyre great, was my first time going inside today, highly recommend.“
“Theres a sign at the entrance of Smith Mountain Lake for the Texas Tavern. It says it's open 24 hours a day & it's Roanoke's Millionaires Club. So if you're from Dallas and you remember the Dallas Millionaires Club, you just assume the Texas Tavern is a strip club! Well, it's a diner with 10 seats that only takes cash & been open since 1930!They have a very specific language for the very limited menu but today I just had the cheeseburger which is super yummy! ? It's a great old school place that's definitely worth a stop if you are in Roanoke.“
“There is a nurturing, maternal quality to the service here. I call myself a Super Cheeseburger type of guy; and by-God I am always satisfied. While I wait for my meat to be grilled up by the Richee Chef, I donate a couple of quarters towards my gambling addiction. Sure, I hardly ever win, but when I hear a quarter drop down into that bin, I just about bust (so to speak). But yeah, best burger in town...second only to Franks Pizza.... Highly recommend asking for this sauce they have called Ketchup that goes really well with the potato french fries they provide as a dessert.Kid-friendliness: They have chairs to sit in which is awesome!“
“We were lucky enough to have this food truck come to my place of work today and they served up some very delicious sliders, taco salads, and tacos! Pretty sure everyone's favorite to eat were the garlic bomb sliders (as pictured). They were really good! If you happen to spot this food truck at a local brewery, make sure you get in line!“

“We decided to try the Dogwood restaurant based on all of the good reviews. We ordered two of the daily specials, which was catfish and salmon cakes. The food was very good and fresh. It did take about 15 minutes from the time we ordered to get our food. Other than the wait, food was great. ?“
“Very pleasant place from the front door and throughout the facility. The bar and food area are very clean and the workers are more than willing to help. The food is excellent and so are the drinks. The machines are wiped down after each person when possible. I recommend this facility for super fun, food and entertainment“
“Delightfully surprised by this place. It was clearly a convenience store at one time, now a hole in the wall style Mexican joint with amazingly good food. They are still doing various renovations, so a bit cluttered inside but honestly that doesn’t matter - this place is all about the food. I had the Carnitas Tortas, basically a pork sandwich. It was so big I only ate half. Very tasty. The red hot sauce has a nice kick to it. They have authentic Mexican drinks available in the old cooler, including authentic Coca Cola in a glass bottle. I will definitely be coming back here to try the many different items on their menu.“
“Fresh in from Atlanta & all I kept hearing about was the famous Hot Smokes at Dillions!!! Had to try it! Gave it a 10 out of 10 & the fries were A1 to!!!! Grandmas Sour cream pound cake was some of the best I've had in my life!!!! Staff treated me like I was family & it was my 1st time meeting them! Food was cooked to order! “I go here on lunch 2 times a week, I work nights, and they are always packed. Go inside because the drive thru is lined up all the time! Barbecue cookout tray is where it's at, Cajun fries and a chicken quesadilla for the sides, with a Cheerwine. AMAZING every time, and I never get tired of it, unlike my girlfriend and her friends! “We came on a night live music was playing, which I don't mind live music however you have to realize you're inside and there's less than 30 people inside. It was FAR too loud. Would have stayed for several drinks and grabbed a game of pool if it wasn't for the volume of the music. The food was good, average bar food and the drinks were excellent.“

Only 3 people showed up for work the two cooks were working hard and the only person left was working the drive through and the counter! They deserve a metal.
