“This is a good restaurant with the exception that my fries were a little soggy. I got the spicy chicken combo and the chicken was amazing. If the fries were fresh this would have been a 5 star. Also the dining room and the toilets were clean. Clerk who took my order was friendly too

“I decided to stop by New Year's eve to get something in my stomach before drinking. They were full but I was offered a seat outside and took it. The food is all great here. Tonight they had a man carding at the front door. A customer came up already with a bad attitude. He didn't want to be carded and was insulted for he had been coming here for years. The gentleman minding the door whose name was Chris handled it very calmly with no attitude even though the guy calmed he didn't like Chris's attitude. the customer was clear trying to start something but only received politeness. I saw that same guy trying to start it up with another gentleman watching the door. Great job to Chris. He was also nice enough to stop and chat with me and do his job. I was the only one sitting outside it was nice to be acknowledged. Thanks“

“This is one of the best bars I’ve ever been to!!! I’m from Texas and I thought southern hospitality was a thing but these guys have topped that. They were so welcoming and kind and you could tell it was genuine. And meanwhile, their personalities were great. Their service and drinks were great as well.!!“

“Been going here for years and yes I've had a bad experience couple of times and a long wait time but I understand everyone has a bad day now and then for myself the good outweighs the bad Always had great food with large portions and awesome service“

“I’m not gonna lie, the price at first made me nervous until I got the food. Big portions, tastes delicious, absolutely well worth the price. My god. Had a religious experience over a hot dog. This place is great and I will definitely add this to my list of regular spots to eat.“

“My burger was thrown together like it was assembled by the angriest of toddlers. It would've been delicious if the over sauced condiments actually stayed on the inside instead of ending up all over the wrapper. A little pacing to focus on quality would go a long way here. That said, I'll take partial blame for the messy stress of it all. I did walk in right at the peak of the lunch rush.“

“Me and my mother went to the Red Robin located in Roanoke, Virginia. Our waitress named Bambi or however you spell her name. She got my mother's order wrong after she stated what she wanted twice! She hardly checked on if we needed anything else but checked on other around us. Very very late with serving us. She was off talking to some other man that was sitting not too far with us knowing we needed service. She was also seen by me drinking alcohol and sticking it behind the bar. When she walked by and she smelt like straight alcohol, can't tell what specific but it was just terrible service. I normally have amazing service going there but after today I WILL NOT be going back for a while!! PS: she did not get a tip from either me or my mother.“

“I've been to Pollard 107 in Vinton several times, and the food is always great! The staff are consistently pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommended!“

“Best home cooked meals in the valley. I went there yesterday to get the pork chop lunch and it was great. 2 large pork chops, cabbage, Mac and cheese and a roll for 13.99. Mine was so good I asked for another to take home to my wife for dinner. check their Facebook page for dailey specials.“

“The service was slow, but kind. The homemade chips were cold, but taste good. The burger was FANTASTIC! Cooked perfect, onions and mushrooms were cooked just the way I liked them. “My Mom lives here at Friendship Manor. Club Friendship is in the resident's center and is open weekdays. Mom likes being able to walk to the cafe and seems to prefer it over having someone take her off campus to eat out.The staff are very friendly and get to know the clientele by name. I get hugs when I visit. (I've been coming to visit several times a year for 20 years.)The menu is relatively inexpensive and is suitable for nearly everyone.“
