“I have food allergies, which many people do! one of the things that I am allergic to is cheese. I needed to grab some lunch today on my lunch break. I am trying to eat healthier these days so, I tried to get a salad with no cheese from the Wendy’s on South Boston Road in Danville, VA and I was told... “sorry ma’am, all of our salads are pre-made and you cannot get a salad without cheese.” I guess Wendy’s is not allergy friendly and they have horrible customer service!!!! On the other hand, I went up the road to the Burger King on South Boston Road and went through the drive through and told them about my allergies and asked for a salad without cheese and they made me a fresh made-to-order salad right then and there! :) Good job BK on South Boston Road for your awesome customer service!!! :)))Guess at Burger King you can really have it your own way! :))) � � to the Wendy’s on South Boston Road. “There food is absolutely unbeatable they are well known for the cole slaw. Outside of the food the workers are the key to it, they are so very nice and great full to see everyone to drop by to say hello or to come in and have a bite to eat. I love the place and the food.“

“First time going to uncle Al’s and it was phenomenal! My kids and I used to love going to his hot dog stand and they were ecstatic to find out he had his own restaurant! It did not disappoint! The Spider-Man hot dog was superb! The kids finished off with some ice pops and I had the most delicious lemon cake! We will be back soon!“

“This review has zero to do with Burger King -The employees at this Danville location are absolutely the BEST humans I've encountered in a long time.Car trouble, the manager went 1000% above and beyond to help. WOW. Didn't skip a beat, she took care of everything AND kept the restaurant running smoothly during the entire thing.Didn't catch her name but will update with it soon.Customers also offered help w the vehicle.There are good people in this world, and most of them were at this particular Burger King on Friday Feb 16, 2024. “I stopped going to Burger King in general because of a really vulgar commercial a couple years back, but we decided to give the restaurant a try. Last time we ate here, the crews seemed very distracted and uncaring. Fast forward a couple years and the atmosphere is very much night and day. The crew was INCREDIBLY friendly. They were all pushing to put out great food. They acted very organized. And the food tasted amazing.“

Tinisha is an amazing waitress, shes caring compassionate and her positive attitude reflect in her service and her smile. “We went through the drive thru only waited a few minutes and the lady who took our order was super nice and very thorough. We got to the window the young lady greeted us and smiled and handed us our food. The food was fresh and hot and very delicious and I would definitely return to this location. “I love the food here and the nice customer service. I've previously worked for McDonald's in 2019 and would like to return but to this location as it's closer than the one in Ringgold. I've tried to call and someone answers but the phone hangs up when I say hello. I would really love to work here and be a part of the McDonald's family again if someone will reach out to me!

Kid-friendliness: Really good happy meals I really like the cheeseburgers!“

“I ordered a mcflurry, a pumpkin spice latte and a cheeseburger today. The mcflurries now come in a small, scalloped paper cup that are very flimsy. Not only was it a mess when the unfriendly girl at the window handed it to me, but she was holding it at the bottom which is the only firm location to hold it, so I had to grab it near the top which is such flimsy paper, it squeezes even more icecream out of the scalloped dips. I have no idea why they went to smaller, flimsy, scalloped cups, but it was a terrible idea. The girl at the ordering window, was newer and did her best. She didn't catch my order a couple times because she was dealing with a customer paying at her window, but she did apologize and was friendly, so I didn't mind. She didn't offer me a receipt though, which I would have liked. The pumpkin spice latte I got had no flavoring in it so it was just a hot milk and coffee drink. Very disappointing visit today.“
