KFC is a well-run restaurant with delicious chicken and courteous staff. The manager works hard to create a positive experience for customers, greeting them warmly and ensuring the food is fresh and tasty. The restaurant is spotless, and the team on Memorial Drive provides an awesome dining experience. While the chicken nuggets remain a hit, some recent reviews mention issues with dryness in the chicken pot pie and chicken sandwiches, though the sauce helped improve the latter. The fries have been noted as soggy, and drinks are described as small. Despite some food quality concerns, the overall service is praised, with customers appreciating that the staff quickly remade items when needed. This has led many customers to return.
