I was a little disappointed in Peking Chef but it's always a matter of taste. I like General Tso's chicken, a spicy dish. Peking Chef's has no spice, or very little if any, although I did see at least one chili.The Chicken Lo Mein wa also... not the taste I was expecting, more bland with a lot of egg and leafy vegetables. My first time experience. I was greeted properly. The cook was a nice and respectful guy. I asked the lady that took my order if she could make a salt & pepper tofu and if the tofu would be breaded and fried. She said it would. I ordered a General Tso tofu which she said would be fried but not breaded. I also order a dried cauliflower dish to try. The cook was nice enough to ask me if I like spicy food and I said yes. 3/5 was being nice. Kung Pao beef had way to many odd vegetables. The pan fried noodles was completely way to much sauce. Kinda taste like the chef doesn’t bring his love and passion to work anymore :(
