About California Pizza Kitchen

The California Pizza Kitchen at Fairfax Corner is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of delicious and fresh pizzas, including gluten-free options, as well as tasty salads that are popular among vegetarians. The food is consistently of high quality, with a nice flavor, and the staff is generally friendly. However, the service can sometimes be slow, with instances where drink refills were not offered after the food was served. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the prices are average for the area, although parking can be challenging, especially on weekends when the lot fills up quickly. Overall, it is a good dining experience, especially when enjoyed with family or friends.

The restaurant has received positive reviews from recent customers. They have praised the quality of the food and drinks, though the service was a bit slow at times, not due to the server's efforts but rather due to the server being nearly alone in waiting on customers. Customers have also appreciated the staff's willingness to resolve any issues, turning a "hangry" customer into a very satisfied one. One customer particularly enjoyed the attentive service provided by their server, Riya, who ensured the customer's needs were met, including making a special effort for their mother's 80th birthday celebration.
