I came in here recently for a late lunch/early dinner while waiting for a movie to start at the Fairfax Cinemark theater. I got a beef burrito bowl with a wheat tortilla shell, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, American cheese, and salsa sauce. I also got a bag of tortilla chips and some sparkling water. Employees were incompetent. I asked for a keto bowl and she told me she did not know the recipe, which on it's own would've been fine. Even though I've never had the keto bowl because I don't go to chipotle often, I told her all the correct ingredients and at the end she charged me for a BEEF BOWL with extra guacamole, on top of that she gave me small portions of everything. the workspace on the line was messy, i waited ~5 mins for a mobile order that was already prepared and sitting next to the register waiting to be bagged and it’s not correct. for 2:30pm, there needs to be more than one person on the line.
