It’s your typical chipotle. I do NOT recommend ordering through the app ahead of time. I ordered around 2130 and went to pick it up around 2230 and the order was never prepared. The app said it was ready for pick up but it was not.
One of the servers did not pay attention to the name I showed her for pick up and almost give me someone else’s order. She was way too occupied with her cellphone. Thankfully, I double checked the name myself and handed the bag back....read full review

I’ve never had this good customer service at chipotle. Maria was awesome, attitude, great customer service, and the whole transaction was fast. All this with a smile on her face.
Used to be my fav location… service has gone down.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a convenient option for a quick meal. The restaurant offers a variety of menu items, including burrito bowls and tortilla chips. The service is usually quick and friendly, with fresh ingredients used in the dishes. However, some customers have experienced problems, such as issues with employees and incorrect orders. For instance, one customer noted that their online order was not ready and there was confusion over the order, leading to a negative experience. On another occasion, a customer mentioned a younger male employee who was unhelpful during a busy moment. Despite these challenges, some locations seem to be well-trained and provide generous servings. Prices vary, but customers can expect to pay around $12-$19 for a meal. Overall, Chipotle Mexican Grill can be a reliable choice for a fast and satisfying meal, although experiences may differ based on staff interactions.
