I love me some Xi'an cold noodles. These taste just like the authentic thing. It's nice to be able to get them in Fairfax instead of trekking all the way up to Rockville. It's the only dish I order, so I can't comment on the rest of the menu. And there's no wait time to buy the noodles.
I think this place is underrated. They have a limited menu, so it's not a Xian Famous Foods level yet, but I ordered the pork burger and biang biang noodles and I thought both hit the mark. The burger was similar to ones I've had in China, the bread in particular was thicker and softer than I expected it would be. This place is a hidden gem. Staff there are nice and welcoming. The authentic flavors of the Middle Chinese are to die for. Lamb soup is my favorite but every dish I have tried during my 3 visits was delectable. Only thing needs to be improved is the short menu, just few options available. Best local Chinese food around!!
