Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The employees were extremely rude, and the portion I was given was so small that it wasn’t even close to filling half of the bowl. I politely asked if they could please check the portion, but instead of addressing my concern, I was repeatedly told to move forward even though there was no one behind me in line.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant with a good location in a neighbourhood shopping centre with plenty of parking. While the food is decent and the staff is very friendly, there are some issues with service and consistency. The food line can be slow, and the selection of items was very fresh. Some workers are nice, but the experience can be hit or miss. There are inconsistencies with food volume and portions, where some customers get higher portions than others for the same burrito bowl. The staff prepared a steak bowl in a matter of minutes and everything was top-notch. The restaurant offers vegetarian options and allows customers to choose their meals, making it easy to accommodate dietary restrictions. The staff can handle bigger groups. The restaurant is kid-friendly with kids' meals, and all entrances are wheelchair accessible. Customers appreciate the generous portions and the overall cleanliness when compared to other locations. Many find it to be their favorite spot for Mexican food, especially enjoying the barbacoa and chicken burritos, bowls, and quesadilla.
