Always very nice and helpful when i call in with permit questions, Fairfax is one of the easier counties to apply for permits with. I have dealt with other counties that can be a real pain in the butt! Thank you Fairfax permits!
I had a very good experience. I went in to ask questions about strategy in doing a garage upgrade. I received the help I needed to approach the project and, in particular, discussion about architectures and general contractors. I was put on the right track which is what I needed. Many thanks. I permitted from this office as a home owner many times on different houses. Everyone one I spoke two was exteremly profesional. I was always able to get hold of someone whether it is on the phone or when I needed to visit in person. Plus system has a learning curve but once you go through the tutorial, it is efficient.
