“Visited Akmal’s kitchen with friends and family recently located in Springfield, the Desi Hub. It has by far the best tasting Pakistani food in Northern Virginia! Menu has great options for all kinds of food from appetisers, vegetarian options to specialty food! We ordered the chicken pakoras, chaat for appetisers and for main course, mix sizzling platter, goat korma, Nihari (fall off the bone beef), chicken biryani, butter chicken. The biryani was very fresh, very fragrant and the chicken fall-off-the-bone moist and tender--some of the best we've had. The butter chicken was excellent-the sauce wonderful to enjoy with the moist and flaky naan. They also have buffet every day, which I will try next time!
The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating! Everything has been consistently fresh, delicious, and filling. Generous portions as well. Will definitely be back here again n again!

Was escorted to a round table and was quickly followed up with exceptional service by Jacqueline who exceeded all expectations, quickly catching drink orders when other couples arrived, and continued to provide superior customer service to everyone serving brunch without delay and with no details overlooked. The food was great and service unmatched, this is now a new favorite place in our book. 🍀🌿“
