“They had a very large beer selection and lots of pumpkin flavored beers for the fall which was fun! Came here on a Thursday and they were also were having a free wine tasting. Plenty of food options and there were also some games available to play. Staff was friendly and quick!“

“I highly recommend this Pub in Vienna, Virginia! Originally from England, We are in town visiting from Southern California and have to say the Fish & Chips were some of the best this side of the pond! We were in to watch the Euros, England v Slovenia…grabbed the last table available and had a very good experience all around. The staff were excellent. We actually were on our way to Alexandria, Va from Washington DC and I had my son stop off at the Hawk & Griffin which was a bit out of our way but happy we did!“

“Very affordable drinks, with variety. Better options for beer, not so much on wine. It's truly a pub above a whole foods, with an arcade and TVs where you can watch Thursday night football. Great atmosphere, that doesn't get too loud that you can't chat after work.“

“The food was not good and service was subpar. Seemed like it was an okay place, but didn't have enough tables and was very small inside. Came late and on a few occasions when last call came, there were always 10 to 15 people still inside after the male bartender told everyone else to leave. He locked the door with always others left inside. I've observed this happening on a number of occasions. So last call, isn't apparently last call, and why were some staying when everyone else was told to leave?“

Only caveat is parking might be tough during peak hours. Be careful parking in Honey Pig and Rumba lots adjacent to 1943 Classic.“

“We came here from Pennsylvania, as a weekend getaway since we couldn’t take a big vacation this year. We came here for supper and karaoke. Carlos was our server and was SUPER nice and had a great sense of humor. Greg the DJ for karaoke was SO nice and hyped everyone up. They wanted us to come back. Everyone running the facility was SO nice and all the patrons were really nice as well. We really appreciate the service being outsiders and how kind everyone was. Even people I didn’t know would talk to my fiancé and I and had kind words. ❤️“

“We went to the restaurant down at the wharf….. To start, the hostess at the front was on her phone and not really paying any mind to the people walking in the door. Come to find out after that was the floor manager. Then we get sat and none of the workers talk about who is in charge of that section. We did. It get me is or silverware. The very nice bartender comes up, gets us some water and menus gets us started and finally the sever comes over to us. The server took our order and checked on us twice. When the food was brought to the table we still didn’t have silverware and had to ask the food runner. Our server had a a ten top when we arrived and she was checking on her the whole time not paying any mind to the other tables she has. It was to the point I had to go up to someone ask for water refill bc both our glasses were empty. We finish our meals that were very good and no one but the bartenders are on the floor. I see our sever walk over to the restroom, she comes out looks at us and sees that we are sitting doing nothing, then walks over to a new 10 top and disappears. It’s at thing point I now have to walk over to the bartender and get our check and they are the ones that cash us out. Thank you to the bartender that took care of us“

“I love Fosters Grill, they have some of the best burgers around. This location is one of the best in Vienna because the staff is friendly, and the food is great. You want a good burger, come to Fosters you won't be disappointed. The food is great I give Fosters 10 stars if I could.“
