“I’m sitting here right now writing this review for Siobhan, and Lauren, it’s very busy here today and they’ve done amazing job. Other than I got a second chicken sandwich because I didn’t like the coleslaw lol. But your ranch is to die for. I just wanna bathe in it or take it home. I wish y’all could just like sell it by itself lol. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I will definitely be back since I don’t live in DC. I live in Chesapeake Virginia. “Queen Vic is a great pub on H. As a Liverpool fan, I’ve been to QV several times for weekend matches, and it’s a great time (although arrive at least an hour early).
The food at QV is also surprisingly good. Fish and Chips are huge and very good. The Sunday Roast is also very underrated. I personally love their pork chop, which is a special they seem to have all the time. Also their donuts on their desert menu are fantastic.

“Great bar with great vibes and even better employees. I truly cannot convey how grateful I am for the amazing employees at this bar! After fainting at the bottom of the stairs Friday night, the employees all immediately sprang into action, making sure that I was ok and asking questions while they called for paramedics. They even knew that I hadn’t been drinking, properly conveying that I was having a true medical issue. The first thing I remember is one of them telling me that I wasn’t alone and everything was going to be ok. Fainting episodes are always very disorienting and even painful for me, but everyone made me feel completely safe and comforted. They ensured no onlookers made me uncomfortable or laughed, really minimizing my immense embarrassment about the whole experience. They were so respectful, and one man in particular truly took care of me the entire time. Honestly, I’m sure they did even more than I was aware of, and I am so grateful for their assistance. This is an absolutely amazing bar that simply put my safety above all else. I have never been treated with such genuine care, thoughtfulness, and kindness during a fainting episode. My only regret is not getting any of their names to properly thank them for their help, so I really hope they see this! Your help meant the world to me, and I cannot wait to tell all of my friends to come to The Commodore!“

“We went there 3 evenings in a row. Bar at the top, waiter on Wednesday at the top, waitress on Thursday at the top. On the other hand, the waitress on Friday evening, a STÉPHANIE H, no smile and not pleasant. Too bad for the bar. We will not return for 4 evenings.“

“Stayed at the Holiday Inn so we ate here and were pleasantly surprised! The yuca fries and crab dip were so good! The fries are really crispy and the sauce is creamy and a little spicy. The house red on the happy hour menu was also good for $6. Wasn't busy at all on a Monday during happy hour, but the service was great and prompt.“

“We went to the restaurant down at the wharf….. To start, the hostess at the front was on her phone and not really paying any mind to the people walking in the door. Come to find out after that was the floor manager. Then we get sat and none of the workers talk about who is in charge of that section. We did. It get me is or silverware. The very nice bartender comes up, gets us some water and menus gets us started and finally the sever comes over to us. The server took our order and checked on us twice. When the food was brought to the table we still didn’t have silverware and had to ask the food runner. Our server had a a ten top when we arrived and she was checking on her the whole time not paying any mind to the other tables she has. It was to the point I had to go up to someone ask for water refill bc both our glasses were empty. We finish our meals that were very good and no one but the bartenders are on the floor. I see our sever walk over to the restroom, she comes out looks at us and sees that we are sitting doing nothing, then walks over to a new 10 top and disappears. It’s at thing point I now have to walk over to the bartender and get our check and they are the ones that cash us out. Thank you to the bartender that took care of us“

“Great pub for watching NFL, NCAA, Soccer any sport! Great staff bar tenders, for bar food not bad. The beer is cold! Watched several games here, always a good time, outside seating, and also has a TV.“

“ATP is always a favorite. Nearly all of their fried food is made gluten free l, which is especially accommodating to those with Celiac Disease. The staff is always very friendly and the restaurant is always a great place to watch a game!

“This continues to be the best little seminary pub in the world. The staff is excellent. The food is great. The people are all happy. I first told my wife I love her outside on what is now the patio. It's a very special place. If you're reading this you should go, have a blast, and tip lavishly.“
