I’d like to acknowledge John for providing excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to find teacher gift cards for me! When the drinks come out, they're always correct. No problem at all. The baristas work hard and are trying their best to keep up orders. But when the mobile orders come in, they're the first (it seems) to be made. Weekend mornings there are extremely long lines. Sometimes you have to wait 10 - 15 minutes for a single drink.

This Starbucks is a mess. 15 minutes for a Flat White is way too long! Barista was dropping things all over the place. They need a refresher is managing orders. There were 3 people working but only one making drinks.
