That was most definitely the worst Starbucks I have been too. Staff all sitting down laughing and talking and looking at their phones. Hardly any acknowledgement to the customer. Low attention to detail. Every aspect of the order was wrong. And I just threw the coffee away after tasting it.
I wanted to personally mention Elma in my review. I ordered the wrong size drink in, and she was sweet enough to make me another one! Quality service!
