I haven't been here since I was about 15! This place is in dire need of a serious revamp. The servers here are so friendly and eager to help. They are always making sure we have everything we need, and this is a dim sum location where the food is supposed to gradually come to you in carts. My first time going here was on a fairly busy day, but the back section was empty and I was shocked at how much space they had. There was no line to get seated, but our server said that the food would take a while, even though they were nowhere near full capacity. After we got seated, we had to wave to get a server 30 minutes after we arrived, and it took a while to order and get the food. The food was actually better than I expected. One of our regular haunts in NoVA for a quick dim sum fix as they don't pack as huge a crowd nor as long a wait as Hong Kong Pearl. As is apparently the norm in Northern Virginia, the dishes are served at lukewarm temperatures. My favorite item was the Pan-Fried Carrot Cake as it was soft and tasty.
