Amazing pho and amazing service!
Second visit, second great meal. First try was the All Star. Had the Bun Bo Hue. Broke my own hard and fast rule last month on eating Bun Bo Hue. I wore a white button down dress shirt and didn't cover myself from head to toe with a tent like bib, so I have really tasty red dots on my shirt, but the soup was outstanding! Rich, spicy and very full of flavor.

The fresh banana blossom, Thai basil, and herbs make such a difference—the veggies are always crisp and refreshing.
The flavor is more on the Saigon style side, which makes it lighter and easier for me to enjoy 😄
