“My husband and I are frequent customers at Jersey Mikes because of the quality of their food and the friendliness of the employees. They offer gluten free options also. I have a gluten allergy. I am diabetic and I woke up with a blood sugar of 65. We hadn’t gotten groceries because my husband gets paid 2 days from now. I had points for a mini and was trying to ask how we could possibly make that work so I could eat and not pass out and I was having a very hard time articulating this. The manager knows my order and told me to sit down and brought it to me with a drink and napkins. After I ate I went over to let her know all of this bc I couldn’t earlier. They took care of me like always. These guys are just good people. They even ask about me when I haven’t been in there in a while. Highly recommend!!! I just saw today, just now, that kindness isn’t dead.“

“Some days I’d give 5 stars. Other days I swear I’ll never go back. If they were any kind of consistent it’d be great, but some days it’s rubbish. My dog liked it today tho, so that’s good I guess.
Update. 2 years later. Still garbage. Chicken burnt. Sweet tea wasn’t sweet and it was weak. Quesadilla had a pile of cheese and chicken in the middle, no sauce, and the rest was just warm tortilla. I know it’s a menial, thankless job, but it’s still your job. Do it right or don’t do it at all. Also, the cashier was slow and clueless. Never got the hot sauce packets I asked for, but I do have a lot of mustard that I didn’t want at all. When you could still go inside the floor in the kitchen was always wet… I never figure out why that was. Whoever is in charge of this place should really be ashamed of themselves. What could be a really nice quality place is just a travesty.
Update 5-12-23. Much cleaner inside, help was friendly, food was great. I’ll keep coming back and give back one star each time it’s still good!

“The associates who work here should be praised for all their hard work they do. Wether it's early in the morning, or in the evening, the people here are always Kind, and fast, and makes sure my food is fresh and hot. They always do a great job, even through they sometimes deal with customer that can be rude sometimes. I was there yesterday and saw a Guy yell at one of the associates, what a Jerk! I don't know what happened, but I'm sure that wasn't necessary. Another time, I saw someone else fuss because of a card issue. They're an Express, so they can't take everything the big locations can, but that's not a reason to give them a hard time. But regardless of what happens, they get through the day and do their best to make sure everyone is satisfied. That's what I like about this location. Keep up the great work 👍👍“

“Dining area is clean. Seems to be understaffed. Manager cleaning dining area and customers standing for longer than normal periods to be waited on for their orders. Food took a littleonger than expected to be made and served. Staff needs to be more upbeat instead of like they would rather be somewhere else. sandwiches were made on the sloppy side.“
