“Have not had a problem here. I use the drive thru. So far, my fries are hot which is a big factor for me. I go there for the roast beef sandwich and it has always been moist. Occasionally I will get a milkshake and they have been good. Can't comment on the atmosphere as I have not eaten inside.“

“This review is not about FOOD, but about respect and decency! June 15, 2025 I came in and bought food as a pit stop on a journey to be with my sister ( who was sick in NC). Either distraction or simply careless, on my part, I dropped my (wristlet) wallet. I didn’t discover this until 3 hours later while pulling into Charlotte for .. more snacks! I called the LOVE restaurant stop and spoke to a young lady. She was kind when I told her of my situation. I asked for the number to Bojangles, promptly she offered to walk over and check to see if the wallet was there. She came back to phone ask me to describe it, the words “ yes ma’am I’ll hold it for you” was overwhelming, I began to cry!
I asked her name and begged her to please hug each young man over at Bojangles from me!
The young men working on that Sunday afternoon had put it up for me. The love, respect, decency, and pure kindness from these young men should not go unnoticed. The young men were working Sunday June 15 around 4-5pm. I need the world to know that THIS particular bojangles in Franklin, VA not only serves hot fries and chicken
But they serve love and compassion for a woman who had tooo much going on that day!
I don’t know their names, but when they read this.. you fellas know who you are!!! Thank you and please don’t stop being kind, thoughtful, respectful to yourself and the rest of the world! I am so grateful to you all!!!“

“They keeps the food stocked on the bar, cookie always being cook freshed, some cleaning needs to be done after each sandwich or if you mess clean it up. It needs to be a routine to maintain a clean & healthy environment especially around foods. I wouldn't put in an order the app, they're sloppy & heavy on the ingredient/condiments from my experience. It's best to see how they prepare your sandwiches & tell them how much is needed on the sandwich. The award cards helps, along with daily coupon especially if you're buying for more than one person. Overall, with these changes & courtesy to accommodate people if items isn't available (mustard, used the package) I think it can be better services & business.“

“I decided to try KFC today. I stopped going to KFC in Franklin a long time ago. The service was awful and the order was never right. The extra crispy chicken was soggy. Today it was EXCELLENT! The chicken was extra crispy on the outside and very moist inside. Food was hot and the service was very good. I will definitely be back.“
