“Amazing staff who helped to bring the food out to my truck as I did not have enough hands. My only complaint is that the chalupas were steak instead of beef which was not asked which meat I wanted or informed the deluxe boxes were steak not beef chalupas.“

“They keeps the food stocked on the bar, cookie always being cook freshed, some cleaning needs to be done after each sandwich or if you mess clean it up. It needs to be a routine to maintain a clean & healthy environment especially around foods. I wouldn't put in an order the app, they're sloppy & heavy on the ingredient/condiments from my experience. It's best to see how they prepare your sandwiches & tell them how much is needed on the sandwich. The award cards helps, along with daily coupon especially if you're buying for more than one person. Overall, with these changes & courtesy to accommodate people if items isn't available (mustard, used the package) I think it can be better services & business.“

“I should of got the young lady's name. I was welcomed & greeted by this beautiful soul around 7pm on a Tuesday when I came to Bojangles. She was quick to offer service even though I wasn't ready to order. She made eye contact & took my order with eagerness. Nowadays it's hard to find people that are so attentive & treat you like you are a valued customer. Everything was correct & fresh. I will definitely be back next time I'm in this area. Great job young lady!“
