“Just went through the drive thru at BK outside of ferry farm Walmart. The guy taking orders is very mechanical. Not friendly, not unfriendly. The lady at the first window and the lady at the second window are nice, meaning they smile and say thank you and have a good day. Those pleasantries just matter today especially when the majority of service is not so great. My mozzarella fries were hot and the service was pretty quick today! So good job BK!“
“Happy Birthday Burger King!?? This birthday pie is delicious.? I think the best part is the pie crust. It taste good and a vanilla flavor. The birthday cake icing was good. I wonderful if it was ice cream because it taste frozen and creamy.“

I'm writing this review to highlight great customer service from this team. I come here to dine in with my family and grabbed take out countless times and go any longer with out a review.
Delmy and her team let me have it my way, let me elaborate. My kids love BK like me but enjoys a red box(catch my drift). During the time of the Spongebob movie event, Delmy always kept my kids smile from ear to ear with the event boxes. When would dine in she would bring my kids there food in a jolly way that would make my kids excited beyond measure.
The team, when slow would come from behind the counter and ask if we needed refills, when we could obtain them ourselves. this level of service needs to be compensated in someway shape or form. Thank you Delmy and staff for all that you do. I hope this review lets you know you all are appreciated.
Last but not least thanks for working in the ice storm all there stores were empty but you all still made sure my family had a meal! Thanks from the bottom of my heart.“
“The Impossible Burger was very possible on this visit. I'm not vegan but I should have just ordered a meaty burger. This item did not meet my expectations. I've had other vegan burgers from a different Burger King that was simply Dee Lish, but this location missed the mark for me.“
