Burger King in Richmond

“For some reason the burgers do not taste like they used too. The mayo on my burger was old and discolored and did not taste good. I think the manager needs to check all the condiments prior to the start of lunch to ensure quality food is being served to the customer. As I stated earlier the burgers have a much different taste than they used to. That grilled juicy taste wasn't there.“

“5 stars all the way around! I absolutely love this location, as they always make our rodeo burgers for us despite not being on the menu anymore! The lady at the window is super sweet, and is always lovely to speak to. Our food is always great too! Thank you to this location for providing wonderful service!“

“On January 18 at 230pm…I came to this Burger King for a rodeo burger and small milkshake…Shamon was at the drive thru which he was very respectful, kind and asked questions to clarify my order which are key components of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

“I tried the Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper Junior and the Cheesy Bacon Tots. Both were good, especially the tots. I ordered on the app, but the drive-through was slow, so my food was unfortunately cold. I also like the option of getting a smaller burger, but it is still pretty pricy for what it is. I would definitely get the Tots again.“

“There’s an older black man that works here that has an absolutely amazing attitude and is always kind and welcoming and makes this the best Burger King in the area from this alone. The food is still mediocre but he makes it worth the suffering sometimes“

“They have never messed up my orders, they always perfectly make the burgers, they are kind, and make sure you have straws, sauces, spoons, whatever you are supposed to have for your meal. Every other burger king always leaves the pickles on my burger, or worse they take them off before serving it, it tastes like vinegar. Ive never had this issue here, they also give the appropriate amount of toppings, they don't skip.“

“The service was good. They only had one person working and he was great! He was really busy. He gave great customer service. I could not believe all of my food was hot. Burger needs to have more than one person on a shift. Customers have to wait a long time for food in the drive thru and inside.“

“Stopped here on a trip to do all the things in one stop. Got gas, everyone used restroom, walked the dog, and then the food... Ordered specifically on the app, but 2 of our bacon cheeseburgers were completely wrong. Unfortunately we didn't realize this until already back down the highway. One with mustard when nothing at all in our order had mustard! And the other was just a burger patty & pickles... No cheese or bacon. They did remake for us, but it cost a huge chunk of time driving back to them for this. Always check your food before you leave!“

“We've been coming here for quite a while because my son is a huge fan of the Impossible Whopper meal. We always get friendly service--in fact the manager (I'm assuming) and employees (including the gentleman who was working the evening of 1/16) know us by name and always greet us personally, which makes it fun. EDIT 2/6/2026: We stopped by tonight and as always the manager was very gracious and had our order hot and ready for us! We appreciate him!“

“I hope this is the one on Belt Blvd. Food was good. I did go in and ask for fresh hash browns and the person cooking said those had just come up but they were not the temperature I wanted them to be. I don't understand why when you say you want fresh food they just don't give it to you. You are the one who is paying them. Just get on my nerves“

“Burger Whopper was better than expected. First one in over a year+. Good pricing Wednesday's $3.99 +$.60 Xcheese, should price out regular < $6.00 no higher. I feel the fries were (good) but light on (quanity) Large at 3.79 and was small in size. Soda price was ok and easy refills for inside guests
