Went there from 1977-1997. Best soft serve ever. Strawberry was my top pick even though I am a chocolate lover. Love that it is family owned. Lines used to wind around the building any given summer night but oh so worth the wait!
The best ice cream/frozen custard on this planet. Im from Fredericksburg but a few years ago started my life in South Carolina where I’ve met many friends and my wonderful girlfriend, the best part about showing her my home town was Carl’s. She LOVED it, so shes a keeper!
