Very Clean & nice.. I can't wait to take my family ❤ back again

We have gone a few times in the last 2 months food was good service was bad. It toke a long time to get drink. And the server was gone once he toke the order. Order a second coctail never came. They really need to work on service.

Our work group of 14 had dinner last night at this establishment. We had an absolute awesome experience with Kalani as our server as well as fantastic food and drink. She was extremely attentive and quick to respond to all requests!! Her support team that brought food and cleared dishes were also great!

Always amazing food and service.

Food was good. However, AC was not working. I get it, stuff happens. It was dead downstairs when we were there. At any point in time at least 4 employees just standing around. Ok, it was early afternoon... so why was there no toilet paper in the ladies room, no paper towels in the mens room and the hand blower did not work. I dried my hands with the 2 large rolls of toilet paper sitting on the sink. Just wondering how the employees are washing and drying their hands? Come on people, take some pride in your restaurant and provide the basics when the big things are broken.

The food is delicious and the service is friendly. It’s a hometown restaurant with a big-city menu.

I have been coming here for years! Great cocktails and my favorite is their margarita pizza!!! Love the rooftop with the views. This is a must visit!

Greetings, i would like to support our local businesses in Downtown Fredericksburg. However, today’s experience at Castiglias was not the best. Prom is at all times high and we understand that the business was busier than usual. I will say that seating was not a problem and 3 different servers came over to offer service. One had already taken our order. Once the order was taken I even had to get up to find someone to get us a plate. The greatest offense on our part was that we asked a different table server to bring something that our waitress had forgotten. The second young lady that we ask for help she acknowledged our request but never fulfilled the asking. There were other people working and non made eye contact. Our server took a longtime and we were left wondering for our table items. Again, prom night and lots of kids around. For the young lady that we asked for her assistance and acknowledged our request, uncalled for not taking care of us. She totally ignored us th rest of the time as we did not exist. I know she was not our server but getting our main server or someone else to help out would have been warranted. I was left confused as I tried to identified the manager who later I figure out who it was. At no point the manager made eye contact or stoped by to check on us or the service. I’ll try it again at some point but I will take my business for now to Orofino. I hope this review helps to shape things up a bit. The food was pretty good. Best wishes to Castiglias and hope for a better experience next time.

Our party of 5 waited 16 minutes at a table with no service after we were seated. We walked out and no one noticed until we said something on the way out. The restaurant wasn’t event busy.

We were enjoying a Friday night out and our waitress came up and said we had to leave and they couldn’t serve us anymore without explanation so we asked for the reasoning. Security came by and was so rude and aggressive and said “we were told two females exited the men’s bathroom” and that’s why you are out. And so security spat in my face. Continued to spit in my face and be aggressive and force me out without any explanation. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this is how I’m treated. I will never come back to this place. Zero respect and communicated and you apparently can get kicked out for nothing. I do not recommend coming here or anything owned by the same owner. Nothing was resolved and nothing was answered for. I will be posting the video of the security being in my face. Not quite sure men think they have a right to get all aggressive especially giving that we were legit at our table enjoying a night out and hot hit with this with no reasonable excuse or explanation.

My friends and I came here, not only did we have to track down the host to make sure they seated us when they were supposed to (we joined the wait list and were first in line, when a big enough able opened up and was cleaned off; no one came to find us. I had to go ti the just stand and lead them to the table to see it was available before we were sat, then the server approached us and said “are you supposed to be seated here?” With a rude attitude, went to ask the host then too our drink order. We ordered drinks, they came. Then we ordered dinner and our server told us “we don’t have plates - if you want plates I have to go all way way down stairs to get them” uhm, I’m sorry you have to do your job??
Anyways, then (right before our food arrived) our lesbian friends got called out for coming out of the men’s bathroom” after other women have also came out of the bathroom all night (as confirmed by the so called “security guard”). This place has terrible service and they are clearly homophobic so they do not deserve this community’s business. Go literally anywhere else to spend your hard earned dollars.

There is nothing Italian here. If you like soggy pizzas, pasta with unknown sauce and slaps of meat across (which has nothing to do with Italian food), bruschetta that doesn't have a single drop of olive oil (bruschetta is toasted Italian bread with extravergine olive oil, and you can add tomatoes and oregano), then this place is for you.

Enjoyed the rooftop experience. Sun shades may help a bit but understand that would block part of the view. Bar service was a bit slow the evening we were there otherwise it would have been 4 stars. The Italian sub and Burger were both tasty.
