My family and I ordered two calzones, a piece of pizza and small pizza. We sat outside and waited over 30 minutes for our order. We could see that our food was done and was sitting under the warming lights for over 15 minutes before we went inside to see if we could just grab it and eat it. After saying something, the hostess finally got our waiter to bring out the food. It was fine, but nothing spectacular and definitely not hot considering it sat there for 15 minutes before being brought to our table. We have two young children so they were starving and tired of waiting long before that. We should have made pizza at home and saved ourselves the trouble.

Wouldn't recommend this location. Food was fine, but we waited 20 minutes for drinks (water!!) and then we had to wait an entire hour for our food. No, there was not a lot of people. There was literally only two other tables with 3 people max. Our food was missing half of it's portions too, so we paid full price for half a meal. Do not come here if you aren't ready to wait. (This was not a one-time experience. Everytime I go, I end up waiting longer than I should.)

Im putting this a warning to all want to eat here DO NOT eat the pastas, it tasted disgusting, everything tatsed like it was canned and mircowave. I only recommend the oven brick pizza it was really good but the pastas do not eat unless you want a stomach ache.

First of all, my wife and I absolutely LOVE eating on the rooftop. But this is. It the same place it used to be. Service has always been a little slow but the past few times we have came, the service has been incredibly slow and the staff……. They act like you are bothering them. It’s sad because I don’t see them staying in business when Downtown is not short on awesome restaurants. Castiglia’s used to be our go to. Sadly I think we are done.

Fantastic food and great service. They were very accommodating with the children we had.

We visited Castiglia's Italian Restaurant a few weeks ago and, unfortunately, left feeling underwhelmed. When we arrived, the restaurant wasn’t very busy, yet the table we were offered was visibly dirty both on top and underneath. I politely asked to be seated elsewhere, but the hostess said she needed to ask for permission first, which felt unnecessary given the number of empty tables around us. While I understand servers often rotate sections, guest comfort and cleanliness should come first. We started with the bruschetta, which tasted fine, but we weren’t given any appetizer plates and ended up eating off of napkins, not exactly the experience you'd expect at a sit-down restaurant. My pasta was tasty, as was my mom's, but my boyfriend’s lamb lollipops were a big letdown dry, lacking any real flavor, and definitely not worth the premium price. There seems to be potential here, but the lack of attention to detail and service made it hard to enjoy our meal. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend Castiglia’s.

Good food but the slowest service. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food, but even getting the bill and checking out took forever. I didn’t anticipate lunch taking over 2 hours when they didn’t have the tables all filled.

We came in here for dinner. The hostesses did their job. However, after we were seated, there was no further service provided. Four different servers attended to the tables in front and behind us but did not even acknowledge us. Two of the servers went to each of these tables multiple times. After a ten minutes wait with not even a glass of water at our table, we finally left. The only difference between us and the other tables was that we were brown
