“This is the best Dunkin Donughts I have ever been to. The staff is the friendliest, nicest people you will meet. They are curteous over the loud speaker and in person. They always get your order right the first time. Yvonne works there and she is the best! She is the nicest and friendliest person you can talk to. Not only does she do her job but she makes you feel welcomed and she remembers the customers. She should be promoted! She should be a Manager or a District Manager! She is the best asset that location has. I recommend her 100%. She is managerial quality times ten! I believe she deserves a raise, a pat on the back and a promotion this year in 2024 or 2025! She has stellar customer service support. In fact she may be the best at customer service support associate I have ever met! 5 stars Yvonne and this location!

“I just want to take a moment to acknowledge the staff here. I recently started getting my coffee here and have been going a couple times a week for about a year now. Literally every single time I come here the staff is so kind and friendly. I see them all working their butts off through the window and the wait time is never long. I know some of them get there at the Crack of dawn and yet they are still friendly and warm. Every single person there deserves a raise. It's so refreshing to have this experience literally every time.“

“I go here ALL the time for coffee and it’s amazing each time, today they messed up my order 3 times and it’s a specific milky color and sooo sweet but I got bitter and really dark looking coffee but thankfully it was remade until we got it right, I’m a server so I know you either get annoyed or anxious when someone complains ab their order and I always hate asking when somethings wrong with mine but I’m so glad they handled it well and remade my order the 3 times, I was rushing to work but needed my coffee for this 10hr shift so I’m so happy they remade it and didn’t throw it at me and told me to leave, they were so professional and sweet maybe a bit annoyed but I would be too if someone did that I get it, but THANK YOU GUYSSS FOR THE COFFEEE I love y’all, don’t hate me HAHA and that entrance door swings open way to far and hits the wall so loud that’s the only reason I do drive thru HAHA“

“I placed a mobile order online but didn't pick it up that day due to an emergency I had. I returned to this place the next day with my order receipt and Sucharitha gave me the order that I had not picked up. She was the one who helped me and was very kind. She is an example of good customer service. I picked up my order in the morning and I see all the young employees working very hard and with a good attitude. I highly recommend this place and am happy to witnessed the next generation doing great work and setting an example of a good worker who treats people with kindness and respect. “I go here often before work, maybe too often. However, the staff is always so so kind and friendly. Drinks are always made well and given out in a reasonable amount of time. Even if they weren’t, the staff is so patient and kind that it would make up for it.“
