“It's Friday morning with 11 cars in the drive thru and more waiting to pull in off Warrenton Rd. I parked across the street & walked over to grab my order. I expected to walk into chaos & stressed employee's. Nope, they were crushing it! I was welcomed, everyone was happy & I got a have a great day! Keep up the great work!“

“Great inside and outside seating. Bright clean and trendy. Music level was perfect. Coffee is just as you would want dunkin to be. Never hesitate to stop here for a good cup of joe. Ice cream on-site and drive thru. Never had a bad experience or slow service. Nitro cold brew is my go to. Cheers“

“I ordered take out. When I entered, I was immediately greated. I had a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. It was delicious. I was not overheated. I had the new pistachio ice coffee. It was okay. My coffee drink did not have whipped cream. It was quickly and effortlessly corrected. My experience with the Dunkin on Plank Road was and has always been great.“

“I go here ALL the time for coffee and it’s amazing each time, today they messed up my order 3 times and it’s a specific milky color and sooo sweet but I got bitter and really dark looking coffee but thankfully it was remade until we got it right, I’m a server so I know you either get annoyed or anxious when someone complains ab their order and I always hate asking when somethings wrong with mine but I’m so glad they handled it well and remade my order the 3 times, I was rushing to work but needed my coffee for this 10hr shift so I’m so happy they remade it and didn’t throw it at me and told me to leave, they were so professional and sweet maybe a bit annoyed but I would be too if someone did that I get it, but THANK YOU GUYSSS FOR THE COFFEEE I love y’all, don’t hate me HAHA and that entrance door swings open way to far and hits the wall so loud that’s the only reason I do drive thru HAHA“

“I came in this morning and ordered a large coffee. The gentleman that served me, African American male with braids, possessed EXTRAORDINARY customer service skills. You're in the wrong profession sir, I'm sure you could utilize your skills somewhere else with greater opportunities. Needless to say, great job!!! The coffee wasn't bad neither.“

“Every time I have come to this Dunkin, they have the best customer service of any that I have been to. They are really good at selecting employees for this location because I’ve dealt with 3, wish I remembered their names, but each of them has gone above and beyond. The other restaurants nearby have horrible customer service, but this team always makes us feel like we matter. The food is great too! Thanks for being positive and acting thankful for our business!“

“I go here often before work, maybe too often. However, the staff is always so so kind and friendly. Drinks are always made well and given out in a reasonable amount of time. Even if they weren’t, the staff is so patient and kind that it would make up for it.“

“This restaurant is by far my favorite Dunkin Donuts in the area. I’m very familiar with all the morning staff and never have any issue with my food or the service they provide. Unfortunately I went to this restaurant the other day after 3pm and there happens to be an employee by the name of MARVIN who is Rude, Disrespectful, Toxic for this establishment. I will not got into too many details about my horrific experience with MARVIN other than to say profanity, sarcasm and rudeness is not what a customer expects when pulling up to place an order through the drive thru. I will continue to spend my money with this store because again this is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts in the area but I will NEVER make the mistake of going here after the morning crew leaves.“

“While waiting for my wife at the doctor's office nearby, I stopped in here for a quick bite for breakfast. I tried their Dunkin' Chipotle Hash Brown Wake-Up Wrap, which I liked. Service at the drive-thru was quick and with a smile! The food was promptly made and given to me and I was able to drive off and go park and eat. The wrap had a nice, smokey flavor to it, hardly any heat from the chipotle. All the components tasted good together.

These smaller wraps are generally pretty good at Dunkin!“
