My fiancee and I contacted Eileen's to provide a wedding cake for our reception. We had several phone calls with Eileen, and scheduled a date to come have a tasting. Two days before the date that we had mutually selected, she stopped communicating with us entirely. We drove several hours and when we arrived to the store, she had not prepared our tasting. We have never been contacted by her since then to try to make it right, and had to find a new baker just weeks before our ceremony.

Food is DELICIOUS. Not a quick place but worth every minute and every penny. Best bakery I have been to in Fredericksburg. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a doughnut or begal in there so not traditional, but delicious, savory, and unique options for breakfast and lunch.

Love love love this place! I go in with the kiddos I babysit and the staff is always the sweetest and most patient while we choose our pastries. The food is absolutely delicious and I honestly wish they were open on mondays.

Nice staff and lots of bakery items, and coffee! Along with a dark roast coffee had their vanilla bun which was ok. A huge pastry, but not really bursting with vanilla or other flavors, only a hint of vanilla, and was a bit doughy like it needed to be baked longer. Should have maybe ordered the cinnamon roll that also looked good. Coffee was perfect though.

Been here multiple times for sandwiches, pastries, coffee and tea. The staff is very friendly, excellent service. Last time, my friend and I brought our small children, and the guy brought us our drinks so we wouldn't have to get up. The sandwiches and pastries are really tasty, and they have a lot of fun/unique choices. The space has an open floor plan/tall ceilings but it's cozy and clean.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for strollers, and they have high chairs/booster seats.
Catered our baby shower and did a fantastic job. Did a bunch of custom stuff, including a Swedish princess cake, that was absolutely fantastic. Could not have asked for better food or deserts.

Loved the frittata and coffee. I was skeptical at first, but here I am, days later still thinking about the frittata and coffee. I wish I lived closer! Would definitely go there again. I’m gluten free and the peanut butter cookies were the best I’ve ever had!
