“I have been a member for years and have NEVER received the free birthday. They keep making a mistake on how long I have been a member. Then when you respond to their survey and ask them to call they do not. The meatball sub is the best. My husband has tried many different ones and he states the Firehouse one is the best.“
“Got sent by my boss for the BOGO sub offer but was not listed at the store. The young man behind the counter directed me to the app where it was clearly listed as the online offer. I placed the order with the applied coupon and he even came out from behind the counter to check that it worked. Subs quickly made and they were great as usual. Fantastic all around experience.“
