“I have been a member for years and have NEVER received the free birthday. They keep making a mistake on how long I have been a member. Then when you respond to their survey and ask them to call they do not. The meatball sub is the best. My husband has tried many different ones and he states the Firehouse one is the best.“
“Great customer service you just don’t get these days. Food was as expected. The inside was taken care of but the actual building owners need to address the landscaping and other building maintenance. I was nervous we were going to have a negative experience based on the lack of outside care. We would eat at this location again.“
