We ordered hibachi to go, it was really fresh and delicious and the portions were more than fair. The staff was very kind over the phone and in the restaurant. The restaurant appeared very clean. We enjoyed it!
Fujiya House Japanese Steakhouse absolutely delivers a true 5-star hibachi experience and is easily the best hibachi-style restaurant between Fredericksburg and Richmond. From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the chef was incredibly talented, making the entire experience both entertaining and memorable. Order to go at 7:17 and was told 15-20 mins. When I got there I was told it would be an additional few minutes for my food to be done ok cool no problem. 20 minutes go by I ask the server where my food is because it’s been 20 minutes, He proceeds to tell me that the chef has 2 more rolls to make than he would make mines. So why tell me it would be an additional few minutes if he hadn’t even started making my food. Not to mention it was pretty empty for the wait to be this...
