“I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the staff. Half the time we go everything is great, but the other half we get a server who insists on cooking the meat for us. *Every time* the server handles meat it ends up over cooked or messed up. I wouldn't mind them cooking if they did it correctly or even just asked how we wanted it cooked. However it ends up feeling like we're being rushed and micromanaged which is just not fun. Lastly, today our server told us that we can't salt the meat on the grill because it causes grease fires. Aside from that being incorrect, she kept putting the meat on the grill immediately so we didn't even get a chance to do that beforehand. I'm well aware that other people put sauce on the pans which you're not supposed to, and maybe she was confused about that. Given the difference in service every time we go I guess there's some differing info on what they're supposed to do, but it's unclear which way is the right one.
As for the food, it's been improving which is nice considering it didn't start out bad at all. We'll definitely keep coming here but hopefully the management can get the servers on the same page in the future.“
