“We were originally heading to the next store but saw this place was halal too. The food was excellent so was service. We didn't add the tip not knowing how it worked but for the hospitality we received it was well deserved. We will remember next time“

“Me and my kids are loved their chicken. It tastes so good especially the Cheesling Wings favorite, it is so crispy and have a lot of cheesling on every single wing. We ordered it every time.
And my husband said that the kimchi fried rice is also good. But it is very spicy 🌶 if you can eat spicy then you may love it .“

“We came in after a family event and were greeted and served with the highest care. The new management for this location is really making a difference and for my families first time here it was awesome. Every element of the food was seasoned perfectly, and tasted fresh. We like heat and the spicy wings did not disappoint. No matter what you order you have to get the street corn it was off the charts. Great food phenomenal service we will be back again. “I was going to have brunch in a near by place but got curious about what was done with my favorite creole restaurant that closed a few years ago. The only thing I can say it's WOW. Best surprise ever. Food, drinks and service was great. They will see me often.“

“Brought a party of 4 to Bonchon for the Tuesday $1 wing special and, as always, the wings were absolutely delicious. We ordered a large amount of wings along with cucumber salad, rice, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, the coleslaw never got brought out.

The food itself was great and the Tuesday wing special is honestly one of the best deals around. That said, the customer service could definitely improve. When our server brought out our 4 drinks, she placed them all on the opposite end of the table from where we were sitting, which came across as oddly passive aggressive and inconvenient. Also, throughout the meal, the server never once checked in to ask how the food was or whether we needed anything else — something that’s pretty standard at most restaurants, especially considering we eat here regularly.

Overall, the food quality and value keep us coming back, but the staff could really benefit from additional customer service training and better food service best practices.“

“I love Korean food but as a vegetarian, there are not many options in most northern va restaurants. This place has delicious veggie kimchi pancakes and vegan ramen. I wish there were some more options to add veggies to the ramen. It’s a very authentic place and I felt like I was getting a home-cooked Korean meal.“
