“This place is amazing for ayce kbbq! Their meats are pretty high quality with a lot of different options to choose from. Their seafood selection is pretty good as well such as the octopus. I highly recommend ordering the galbi because it is delicious! The service is also amazing. It is very rare to find an ayce kbbq place where the servers cook the meat for you every time but they do here! The servers are really accommodating and willing to answer any questions you may have especially if it is your first time! Look for Noah when you come because he was extremely helpful and amazing as our server! I highly recommend this place.“

“We shared a few dishes at Lume Asian Fusion so we could try different flavors. The pork dumplings were nicely crisp on the outside, and the Korean fried chicken had a good balance of sweetness and spice. We also ordered the vegetable fried rice, which was flavorful without being too oily. The portions worked well for sharing, and the food arrived at a steady pace. The dining room had a modern feel without being overly formal. It was a satisfying meal with enough variety to make me want to come back and try some of the other dishes.“

“I love Korean food but as a vegetarian, there are not many options in most northern va restaurants. This place has delicious veggie kimchi pancakes and vegan ramen. I wish there were some more options to add veggies to the ramen. It’s a very authentic place and I felt like I was getting a home-cooked Korean meal.“

“Brought a party of 4 to Bonchon for the Tuesday $1 wing special and, as always, the wings were absolutely delicious. We ordered a large amount of wings along with cucumber salad, rice, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, the coleslaw never got brought out.

The food itself was great and the Tuesday wing special is honestly one of the best deals around. That said, the customer service could definitely improve. When our server brought out our 4 drinks, she placed them all on the opposite end of the table from where we were sitting, which came across as oddly passive aggressive and inconvenient. Also, throughout the meal, the server never once checked in to ask how the food was or whether we needed anything else — something that’s pretty standard at most restaurants, especially considering we eat here regularly.

Overall, the food quality and value keep us coming back, but the staff could really benefit from additional customer service training and better food service best practices.“
