“Since this is at the Tyson food court, you are definitely not getting the most amazing “atmosphere”or top tier chicken but it’s yummy for a quick bite if you’re hungry while shopping. My friend and I got a large in the garlic soy flavor and it was ok! I would say the chicken is a little dry and not super crispy but the flavoring and everything was on point. I actually liked the chicken and the serving size was decent. It also came with a side of radish.“

Absolutely delicious, not too spicy, perfectly cooked, a crowd pleaser. The banchans are yummy, and every dish except the cabbage kimchi was vegetarian, which was helpful for the one vegan in my group, and they were able to find good options on the menu as well. I ordered the individual combo, with the pork stir fry and seafood tofu soup. My friend who ordered galbi got a lot more meat than I did, I was jealous. Everything was delicious. I ordered medium spicy level for the tofu soup, I could probably gone for spicy. A friend who is sensitive for spicy food regretted getting mild and said they could comfortably handle medium. The ramen was a very large volume for one person and had many vegetables, good flavor. Gyoza was standard. Overall, a good meal but on the pricier side for the food options in NOVA. The restaurant is one of many in the dining hall and is one we frequent out of convenience. Make sure to bring your trays and dishes back to the restaurant you order from!“

“20240701 I ordered the D5 Bulgogi Dolsot Bibimbap. It arrived sizzling hot in a crackpot. It stayed really hot for a long time. It was delicious! Definitely tasted even better with the red sweet and spicy sauce. I actually like being left alone when I'm eating, and if I need something, I will get the attention of the server. After the waiter dropped my food off, I never saw anyone again until I was getting ready to leave. It's good for me, but it might not be for another customer. I have been going to red holic since 2010 and the owners have been consistently changing however the current owner knows how to do bunshik! Twigims are so crispy, tteokbokki and kimbaps are perfect, soondae is alright.
Do not expect a five star restaurant level service here because that is simply not what korean bunshick is about.

We had a party of 8 and Jay Kim made it so much fun!!! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh. One other option that would have been great to have would be fresh ginger at the sauce bar and mushrooms on the vegetable plate. We were all pleasantly pleased with our food. The ambiance is very nice, low light but more than enough to cook and enjoy each other's company. Jay Kim made sure we always had what we needed. The sauce bar was amazing, so many choices. I recommend making a few bowls, some for the broth and and some for dipping your cooked food. If you get any type of meat, also make a sauce to marinade the meat. You don't have to but it made a good difference. Meats are thinly sliced for quick cooking and again,so fresh. The price was worth the amount of food and the experience. There is an all you can eat option or an a la carte option where you just get one meat selection and a vegetable plate which was more than enough for us as a party of young ladies. This was a great first hot pot experience and I definitely recommend it, just make sure to ask for Jay Kim. I know you will enjoy it!!!“

The fried food is always white, not dark cause the oil changed and not just topped off. I never had any problem with the staff or service cause I treat them with respect.
