Extremely friendly staff,, had an issue with my debit card , and the manager comped the meal. Food was outstanding!! Highly recommended this location.
Never disappoints 😋♥️ year after year
Yesterday I stopped by to get my working husband lunch since he’d forgot his that morning. First, the 2 folks taking orders were great and entertaining. Who can’t use a laugh? Then the young man putting the extras on the sandwich was very helpful. The absolute best was James. He was SO patient, helping me download the potbelly app, and made sure I got my free cookie just for joining. Kudos to the staff for making just stopping for a sandwich such a fun & wonderful experience.
