Friendly staff and very fresh tasting bagels
Stumbled upon this gem in the historic district of Fredericksburg. The smoked salmon bagel called out to me so I went with it. The first thing you notice is how heavy the bagel is. Good sign. The everything bagel was crunchy and chewy. The amount of toppings is usually the make or break of a salmon bagel and here they do not skimp in anything. Cream cheese on the top and bottom slice. Healthy amount of smoked salmon (you're paying $15 so it kills me when they barely put any on)....read full review
