“My first and so far only experience with Element was the Valentines dinner - and I can't stop talking about how good the food was. cooked to perfection and the portions were absolutely perfect sized - left me in awe and not wanting a single course to end but space for the next equally amazing course. we left not feeling overly full, but perfectly satisfied. nothing sat too heavy and I've been talking about this meal for 2 days now. I was especially impressed by the filet. I'm INCREDIBLY sensitive to red meat and usually eat a steak knowing my stomach will make me pay for it later unless it's specifically grass fed and grass finished or sometimes I can do grain finished. I went into the meal assuming I'd have to deal with my issues afterwards. at first bite I didn't care how much I had to pay with my body later, it was WORTH IT and then to my shock - I HAD NO ISSUES. the staff were friendly, and attentive. “The bartender from Saugertis is a customer service pro! She also made good drinks! Our server at breakfast the next morning was also excellent! We only ate breakfast at the restaurant and we enjoyed it. I only have 2 suggestions regarding the atmosphere. There are some lights on the walls that have flickering bulbs. One was by our table. We found them disturbing. The lamps on top of the bar should not be there. They interfere with conversations because you constantly have to maneuver your head around them to talk to others. They are both easy fixes. We would not hesitate to come back! Thanks again for the great service!“
